Fishing and Farm Animals in Tammisaari
In addition to boating, you have lots of fun with other activities as well. You can go fishing, swimming or spend time at our farm with farm animals. You can also wander in the forest and pick berries and mushrooms. Here you can see many kinds of different wild animals at close quarters. Especially when migratory birds are moving you can see dozens of different birds. And when you are wandering in forests you can see there saps, foxholes, dugouts and other things from wartime.
Fishing
Our farm’s surroundings also provide opportunities for fishing, as the fishing nets is permitted to be used when fishing to meet personal needs (2 fishnets / cottage minimum mesh size of 45 mm). The nearby waters are home to numerous pike as restocking with young pike is a common practice here.
Fishing in winter is also possible, but then fishing is done through holes bored through the ice. Car parking is available in return for a parking fee.

We have a lot of farm animals on our farm; e.g. horses, ducks, hens, and sheeps.
